This Contract is between RIVERS RIDGE GREAT DANE PUPPIES referred to as the Seller and our customer by name.
Rivers Ridge Great Dane Puppies stands behind the quality and health of every Great Dane puppy we place. Each Great Dane is covered by our complete health assurance program:
a. Initial Health Verification The Purchaser must arrange for a full veterinary assessment by a licensed veterinarian within ten (10) days of receiving their puppy. If this examination reveals any pre-existing health condition or hereditary defect that significantly affects the puppy’s quality of life, Rivers Ridge Great Dane Puppies will issue a full refund of the purchase price and documented shipping expenses, upon return of the puppy and receipt of official veterinary documentation.
b. Breed-Specific Health Coverage While Rivers Ridge Great Dane Puppies are generally robust and athletic, certain genetic conditions are possible. We offer extended protection against confirmed hereditary disorders common to the breed—such as hip dysplasia or epilepsy—provided diagnosis is confirmed by two independent licensed veterinarians. In such cases, Rivers Ridge Great Dane Puppies will provide a replacement puppy of equal value or full reimbursement of the original purchase price upon return of the affected dog.
c. Infectious Disease Coverage Should the puppy develop any infectious or communicable illness within twenty-one (21) days of delivery, Rivers Ridge Great Dane Puppies will reimburse the full purchase price and documented transportation expenses upon return of the puppy and submission of supporting veterinary diagnosis.
d. Genetic Defect Protection We guarantee against serious hereditary conditions that may develop within the first two (2) years of life. If a veterinary professional verifies a genetic abnormality that substantially impairs the puppy’s function or quality of life, Rivers Ridge Great Dane Puppies will offer a full refund or replacement puppy, contingent upon return and documentation.
a. Professional Shipping Services For shipped placements, the Purchaser is responsible for all transport fees. Puppies travel via our trusted network of certified pet transport professionals with journey tracking provided. Each shipment includes full-value insurance coverage.
b. Direct Collection For in-person pickups, a $500 refundable security deposit is due at contract signing and applied toward the final purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to puppy release.
Full payment of the agreed purchase price must be completed before delivery or pickup. The initial $500 security deposit will be deducted from the total amount. Accepted payment methods include certified funds or verified electronic transfer.
Purchaser agrees to provide ongoing care for the Great Dane puppy, including nutritious feeding, clean water, secure shelter, ample exercise, and routine veterinary care. Compliance with local and state regulations is also required.
The Purchaser acknowledges that this Great Dane puppy is acquired as a companion and agrees to maintain a safe, loving home environment. Should the Purchaser’s circumstances change, or if care can no longer be properly provided, Rivers Ridge Great Dane Puppies must be contacted immediately.
This agreement reflects the complete understanding between Breeder and Purchaser regarding the puppy’s sale. No verbal agreements exist beyond what is stated here. Any revisions must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
